Yo La Tengo Hanukkah videos
YouTube user redienhcs4 is posting lots of great videos from Yo La Tengo’s almost-annual 8-night Hanukkah stand at Maxwell’s in Hoboken. This one’s my favorite because I love it when Georgia straps on the guitar, plus we get to see the Yo Las’ loyal roadie, the fabulous, pineapple-lovin’ Gil Divine. Music nerds, prepare to plotz when you see the Yo Las with Alex Chilton covering the Velvet Underground’s “Femme Fatale.”
